Make It Dance

Two stout men are in each other’s arms, looking up a mighty tree with its succulent fruits. If you look closer you can see the presidents of Russia (Vladimir Putin) and China (Xi Jinping) looking satisfied down on the two men. This paitning was inspired by an old soviet propaganda poster. It was suppoused to symbolize the friendship between Russia and China. But somehow the two men look more like a happy gay couple then two close friends- while homosexuality is still not tolerated in both countries.
